Mediocre editing but a great book
Okay, at the start some background: I am new to trading forex but have been trading stocks and options for over with 5 years. Aspects of the forex market are very intriguing (24 hour trading, a petty 'universe' of currencies to watch vs. thousands of stocks/options, leverage, etc.) so I was looking for a words that would tell me more about the forex peddle and provide a good foundation to trade successfully. Let me pomp from the outset that the editing indeed leaves much to be desired. Typos, letters or spaces liberal out and smallish charts that forces one to bring out a magnifying trifocals at times. But none of this has anything to do with the value of the comfort of the book. Anyone dismissing this book altogether due to editing are 'missing the forest for the trees,' as the saying goes. But the unimportant editing blunders are unfortunate and are the reason for only 4 stars rather than of 5. Content pros: a) Very nip-sized chapters help encapsulate topics nicely. You...

Opposite involved Review of Horner's "Forex Trading for Maximum Profit"
After all of the hype that I deliver assign to surrounding this book, I was pretty disappointed with its soothe. The charts too small to be read easily, and the spelling and punctuation errors were more than I cared for. The reserve does give a brief overview of the Forex market, but I was hoping for something more. The founder does do a good job of describing her method of trading the market. I requisite admit that while I was reading the book, I was assessment that her methods seemed just too simple to be compelling. However, the day after I finished reading the book, I establish and successfully traded both a swing trade and a impulse trade using her techniques. The results were a payment of 30 pips on the swing trade and 75 pips on the thrust trade! This book has definitely given me another way to look for trades and I resolve continue to follow her "Three-Step Setup".

Stark vs. simplistic
Exceptional traders have different styles. Some scarcity a zillion confirming indicators before placing a exchange, some prefer playing with indicators to trading, and some indulge in the cabrication of finding the "holy grail" system. Themselves, I've never found anything that beats dependable ole support and resistance, trendlines, and entering the "zone" by watching candlesticks elevate and candlestick formations. I pay my bills with Forex, and I trade against the indicators at worst slightly less often than I trade with them. I much forget to look at them at all because I'm focused on what is episode with the ... PRICE! The problem with indicators is they depict you what has happened but they make you believe they can command you what WILL happen. There is a world of inequality between looking at a historical chart and watching one bring out in real time. If you don't believe me, just place a delinquency slow stochastic on a chart and watch the crosses display. You'll lose a heap...

In fine! A Book on programming Expert Advisors! And a great one too!
This lyrics is going to mean a great deal to anyone interested in it's open to matter. I bought this book the day it was published. As far as I have knowledge of it is the first book ever published on this humble and thankfully it also happens to be a great book. It deals with the concept of creating a an Whizzo Advisor from scratch in a highly robust approach. It's clear and concise. So much so that with bare little programming experience I was able to create my start with ever EA on day one after recieving this book. It starts with making a straightforward EA, then continues to add extra functionality and robustness. By the stretch you finnish you will have a program which will-power trade via simple rules (which you can then variation to your own strategy) but it will have also included currency management functions, trailing stops with a minimum profit stops embedded in it. It can also father a break even stop and the ability to close all orders at decidedly, functions which will calculate the lot size you want to...

Things reference for experience programmer
I sooner a be wearing experience in java and C programming and found this ticket easy to digest. I do not recommend this book for people who are unprejudiced beginning to learn programming as this is not the purpose of this words. Be aware that this book is not structured like those programming books that you mightiness have read. This is not a beginner guide to programming. I stroke that it is meant for programmers who have already attain constant level of experience in programming language like java, C++ etc. For those who be dressed done programming and wanted to venture out into MQL and programming your own EA, you desire appreciate that this book is organized in such a way that it is same direct and straight to the point. For example, the code snippet are compact and can be reuse. It actually save you alot of time. There are tons resources on the internet that teach you how to program MQL but I did not turn up any material that are so straight forward as this ticket...
