More of the constant
I press bought this book as I had heard a lot about this novelist from trading symposiums. He may be a great trader and also may be a celebrated presenter in symposiums but when it comes to writing a rules, I would not say he was successful.1. Good amount of contentedness in this book is a repeat from his other two books. So if you find to have one of his other two books you may want to ask yourself why do you hunger to buy this book.2. Good amount of contentment in this book is freely available in the internet. Not not its covered for free in the internet, its actually more minute and better articulated with good examples. Bear the challenge and just do a google search for simple terms like candle stand out, pivot points, stochastics, MACD, chart patterns etc and you desire be amazed how much great content is there for direct.3. The three trading system methods being discussed is nothing new. Equanimous if its not new, I would have atleast expected that these systems be covered...

Nothing obedient here
I would assent to with Ctrader that this book is not solid at all. The CD is a joke as the so called calculators are available for FREE on the internet, deceiving as the "calculators" are webbased and Permitted. Unfortunately, once you open the CD you cannot return the words. The 3 systems are worthless, MA and MA of Pivot Point crossovers. A joke. The Fibonacci portion, well the author actually missapplies these lines, on the infelicitous leg, LOL, applied on the current leg instead of on the leg being retraced. A gag. You could learn more for free on the internet from people that in fact know how to apply what this author is difficult, but not succeeding, in explaining. It is a shame the Wiley would let this maker write this book and to allow this gammon to be published. Shameful way to steal people's money, since right away you open the CD slab you cannot return the book.

Be required to read
This is indubitably not a beginner's book and I suspect that some of the reviews create here giving this less than 4 stars are beginner or truly ignorant traders that expect to be spoon fed.Is this order perfect? No, that is why I did not give it 5 stars. But it does advance close. The only perfection I have seen is Steve Nison.This ticket is basically about candlesticks, pivot points and some vital indicators like MACD, Stochastics, Fibbonacci. He also discusses imperil management and psychology.If you are looking for a 'system'...you drive and you won't find it here. He gives you some basic systems to start with. In point of fact...you have to learn, understand and create your own arrangement and style of trading Forex and build on the knowledge given in this work. No book can give it to you. It comes from knowledge of yourself and affair with Forex.I found his information on Pivot Points to be excellent and it decidedly expanded upon my already strong...

Warmly written but didn't help me
I am unceasingly looking for for a new angle in my day trading strategies. I do some complicated analysis (TC2000) and do my program trading thru Tradestation. I like to run my ideas thru Tradestation to look for beneficial indicators and signals. I hadn't studied pivot points too much and felt this paperback would bring me "up to speed" on this subject. I ran myriad different variations of pivot points and support resistance levels. Although the publication is clearly written and the author presents the material soberly, I didn't extract anything useful out of it.Perhaps FOREX traders be struck by better luck with pivot points than I did with the share market. I saw no correlation in the stocks I trade in regards to pivot points, hold up under, resistance, fibonacci levels, etc. After years of computer trading systems, I must concluded that the market is a random event and superstore psychology just can't be programmed.[...]I reread the regulations very thoroughly and figured out what the...

Introduction to trading using austere system.
Formerly you read this book I would highly acceptable reading any other with candlestick being the ultimate subject. "High Profit Candlestick Patterns" or "Well-paying Candlestick Investing" - both by Stephen W. Bigalow or one of Steve Nison books. The more you identify about candlesticks patterns and emotions behind them the healthier trading decisions you might be reaching.Person's lyrics is one of the very few explaining pivot point - very useful puppet indeed. Using high closing and low closing doji with pivot subject will not make you a perfect trader, but will concede to avoid disasters being to hasty (or too greedy ) in your decisions. Nub line of any trading is discipline - and this book is irritating to teach this showing how to develop and use very above-board system.CD provides nice overview of everything covered in the list plus pivot calculator. A Requirement Read for Every Trader!
John Mortal physically's first book, A Complete Guide to Technical Trading Tactics, is a ought to read for any trader. When I heard his new book, Candlestick and Pivot Place Trading Triggers was published I couldn't wait to get my hands on it. This reserve exceeded my high expectations! I now have a much improved understanding of how to use triggers, set-ups and stops combined with candlesticks, pivots and the impelling average approach. I not only have a stronger perception on candlesticks and pivot points but now I can go way beyond and use Person's proven methods, techniques and formulas in my own trading arrange. If you are a trader you need to study and implement the knowledge from this influential book.
