Do I feel in one's bones illuminated by the knowledge of volatility cycles in the market I accept read about in the book? Hardly, though I must to admit it's one of the most important points you can learn from this log. Indeed, to me, the most important lessons I have pinched from this book are:1) the utility of exemplar deviation in particular stages of the trend, with the dedication of Bollinger Bands as much as a stand-alone for, as a guide of the strength of the trend (however, I prefer to keep an eye on price against 34 periods, instead of the proposed in the publication 14 and 50 periods),2) the application of a 200-term CCI, (however, while testing, I have found 220 periods to be working flush with better as a clear distinction of the trend direction, with a bandeau of +/-30 around 0 level),3) the importance of watching the retracements as the levels, where the institutions be struck by to add to their positions,4) rules of trading chastise (at the end of the book).Other than that the...

Up Whistler has done it again!!! I have purchased his other laws, which I highly recommend as well, Trade With Passion and Plan. Volatility illuminated is a very original and very slaking nourishment book that I have read in a long culture! His knowledge of the markets and his brilliant writing style are correctly noted. If you are not willing to think outside the box and are content with the wrangle mentality then this book is not for you. But for those that would like to inflate beyond the typical preset technical indicators and blend tools that properly reflect the uncertainty of today's markets and how to capitalize on it, then your search end title here. Mark is not your typical trader/litt that base theories on back testing and conjectural results, he has put his money on the line testing in real culture. A original perspective
This is a log which is certainly more useful than the undistinguished technical analysis books. It shows a different prospect about market movements.The problem with it is the dilution of the ideas auspices of more than 450 pages, while 200 were more than enough. Repeating same things over and over again doesn't add anything to the grade.Nevertheless, the book is surely recommended IMHO.
